At Postmark, we have partnered with the finest growers in Paso Robles to craft a wine that showcases the region’s extraordinary Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine reflects the character of its roots yielding a beautifully concentrated, well-structured wine with layers of depth and complexity. Tasting Notes: This luxurious Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of blackberry, raspberry compote, plum and warm winter spices, as well as hints of lavender. The dark fruit layers are echoed on the palate, where they mingle with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and star anise, with plush, velvety tannins carrying the wine to a long, rich finish.
