Our traditional Añejo is expressive of rich maple and caramel but never cloying, as dried herbs and pineapple cream soda keep things vibrant, all tied together with a lingering note of black pepper. 18 months in ex-Bourbon barrels—6 months longer than the industry standard for anejo Tasting Notes:  A rounded profile with a sweet finish and subtle hints of vanilla. Smooth finish with maple, caramel and brown spices.
