Bing cherry, fig, raisin, and chocolate with a seemingly chewy depth. Palate - The palate is very chocolatey, with honey filling next, vanilla bean, and a revisit to the fruit and dried fruits found on the nose. Like the nose, the spice is present but balanced. Finish - The finish is long, sweet, and creamy - continuing with chocolate and toasted oak and dried fruit lingering longer. An excellent wheated expression.
