This nose is balanced and inviting, decadent and leaning more toward bourbon than rye. Palate:  The palate is rich and custardy all the way through. Sure it has a myriad of baking spices throughout, but the highlight here is that coating mouthfeel that draws you in and that tingling spice that hangs out through the chew. Finish:  The finish is kissed with leather and oak but beckons back to allspice and black pepper before a toasted maple longer linger.
