Calvados Boulard VSOP comes from a blend of different Calvados Pays d'Auge having aged at least four years in oak barrels. Once assembled, this VSOP stays in tuns for the time necessary to obtain a characteristic fade. Tasting Notes: Color: Amber, golden. Nose: Fruity, elegant woody notes, hazelnuts, toasted and brioche. Palate: Balanced and harmonious, notes of vanilla, woody, ripe apples and compote. Finish: Beautiful length, elegant and velvety.
