4/23 Polaroid Block Workshop

Join Justin at Keaton Quilts in NYC to make fun Polaroid quilt blocks. We will go over fussy cutting our focal fabrics and piecing the blocks. Plan to make 4 blocks in class which would be enough for a throw pillow or choose to make more blocks outside of class to complete a quilt. level: beginner required supplies: Fabric needed - (enough for 4 blocks to make in class listed below) 1 quarter yard or fat quarter of white fabric 1 quarter yard or fat quarter of background fabric  focal fabric(s) - each polaroid block is made from a 4" square so please bring enough fabric to cut four - 4" squares to use for the block centers (picture portion of the block) tools - rotary cutter, acrylic Quilting Ruler – 6″ x 12″ or 6" square or similar sized ruler, scissors, pins or sewing clips (optional), marking pen, seam ripper,  Instructor: Justin Stafford Time: 1:30-4:30pm
