The blade of the dagger is 440 Stainless Steel with a short Ricasso and ridge. The dagger comes slightly sharp with a sharp point. The sheath of the dagger is constructed from wood with an imitation leather wrap. The Scabbard Throat is steel and fits seamlessly into the Guard. The guard is an Oakeshott Type XVa guard built from Stainless Steel with a solid feel.  The dagger is highly decorated with symbols of the knights templar order, such as the seal of the Knights Templar, showing two knights on a single horse and the Templar cross motif. The Knights Templar were amongst the most skilled fighting units of the Crusades, They were also known as the poor fellow-soldiers of Christ and of the temple of Solomon. Their organisation lasted for approximately two hundred years.
