Materials and Construction:• All Cabinets are face framed construction using birch wood species.• All cabinet boxes are birch veneer 7 ply plywood stained to match door on the outside and natural stainon the inside. The finish topcoat is UV.• Face frames are ¾” thick with 1½” wide stiles and rails. Joints are mortise and tenon.• Shelves are ¾” thick with 5mm holes in the cabinet for adjustment.• Backs are dadoes in cabinet sides. Dado extends to the floor on base cabinets.Drawers:• Drawers are birch solid wood 5/8" thick wood dovetail drawer sides, stained natural with UV topcoat.• Drawer glides are full-extension, soft-close hardware.• Drawer fronts are slabs with profile edge with a full overlay 5 piece center miter construction.Doors:• Mitered doors are full overlay 5 piece miter construction with 2¾” stiles and rails.Finish:• Polyester topcoat is applied to doors, drawers, and face frames.
