Handcrafted from Japanese Ibaraki steel, the blade of the Nokogiriha measures 10 inches long and is sharpened into a razor-sharp double bevel edge by one of Kamikoto’s expert knifemakers through a process refined over generations.  Each Nokogiriha Bread Knife is individually inspected before it leaves our workshop.
