METHOCEL™ A15C Food Grade

METHOCEL™ A15C is "A" Grade Methylcellulose based thickener, a water soluble cellulosic gum, derived from the cellulose of vegetables.It forms a firm gel at 122-131°F (50-55°C),yields a viscosity of 1500 cP at 2% in water.These gels will melt as their temperature decreases. Often used as a hot gelling agent in concentrations ranging from 1%-2% of total weight.
