Starlight Mid Century Salad Plates
Several years ago, I found an entire, complete set of this dinnerware in mint condition at a thrift shop. I hemmed and hawed and didn't buy it. I've regretted it to this day. So when I found this set of 6 salad/dessert/bread plates on the shelf, I grabbed them immediately. This is Starlight—a sweet, floral, 23k trimmed China pattern from Salem made in the 1950s. And while I don't think anyone really *needs* multiple full sets of China, I think it's fun to have a variety of smaller plates which come in handy for parties, dessert time, or just to add extra whimsy to your daily lunch plate.
