Division Brushless Gear-Drive CAD Design

Single Stage Geared Brushless Drive CAD Design Division has been optimized and upgraded many times over the years. Version 3.0 launched with an early version of this brushless drive, with a steel shoulder bolt dead axel for improved durability over the 4mm output shafts on many planetary gearmotors. This design has been changed and optimized many times, and this is the final form. SPECS: This drive solution utilizes our custom 1000kV 2306 motors and 11 tooth Mod 0.8 steel pinion gear. The motor will spin at about 12000RPM on 3S and 16000RPM on 4S at max speed, and the included 1.75" wheel design has a 48T gear to reduce this to around 2750 RPM or 3666 RPM.
