Junk Journal Workshop With Jenna Grimstad: Sat, June 28, 10am-1pm

Light refreshments and snacks will also be provided. In this class we will learn with artist Jenna Grimstad about junk journaling, a form of using everyday upcycled materials to record your daily life.  In a time where we spend half our day staring at a screen, this tactile practice is both therapeutic and incredibly useful. You will learn how to make any outing an adventure as you scavenge for journal supplies. We will go over design and color basics to give you the confidence to make beautiful compositions.  No drawing skills are necessary as this instruction will focus on collage, stamps and stencils as the main forms of decoration for your pages.
