Curating collections that families will enjoy for years is a personal journey we take with our clients. We listen closely to understand who will enjoy the books and work room-by-room to create spaces that reflect their unique interests and passions. We curate collections of books by subject, author, and binding style to suit different reading personalities and the design requirements for each room.  A living room with consoles and coffee tables invites guests to pick up and peruse oversized books while leather-bound volumes of history and literature can be curated to fill the office shelves, reflecting a scholarly sensibility. A well rounded library offers a selection of beloved children's classics and essential reference works, creating a family collection that nurtures imagination and knowledge. It's an honor to be entrusted with this process, as we collaborate to build environments that foster intellectual curiosity and shared exploration for generations to come. Within 2 business days of receiving your deposit, we'll contact you to schedule a call to discuss: The size of your collection for each room. The books, authors, genres, subjects you want in your collections. Your design preferences: You are not limited to the examples on this page.  Do you prefer custom designed jackets, books left in their original publisher jackets, a combination of both, or no jackets at all? Once we have this information, our curators will research book availability and a designer will create an initial jacket design if you are adding custom jackets. This typically takes 1-2 weeks. We'll present you with a proposal and the initial Design Concepts, outlining the project's total cost and lead time. If you accept the proposal, we'll send you an Invoice for payment before acquiring the books and finalizing the design. The deposit will be deducted from the project estimate. Full Custom projects vary widely in cost and lead time. A typical project may cost approximately $75 per book with a custom printed jacket. Please note that the Deposit is non-refundable. The deposit covers our labor to research books and prepare design concepts and proposals.
