Note: This fitness tracker comes with a built-in USB connector, which could be directly plugged into any USB port to charge. No charging cable is required. So there is no extra charging adapter or charging cable in the package. Here are some tips for charging the fitness tracker: a. Please make sure that it is the lower end of the watch with 2 metal strips contacts that be plugged in to a USB port. If you plug the upper end of the watch which does't have metal strips contacts into a USB port, the fitness watch will not charge. b. USB port is one-way connection, so just make sure you have the watch plugged in correct direction, that is, the 2 metal strips on the watch end should connect to the four metal strips contacts in the USB port. If you find your watch doesn't charge when plugged into a USB port, please pull it out, switch sides and try again.
