Walk the Path Original

"Walk the Path" is an original 18"x12" watercolor painting capturing the well-traveled McCarthy Mall, the central pedestrian path at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. While working at the university, I often found peace walking this path—stepping away from work for a moment to enjoy the sunlight filtering through the tree canopy. Along the way, there was always a friendly "Aloha," and you never quite knew who you might run into. This piece is meant to evoke memories for current students and alumni alike—the friendships formed, the knowledge gained, and the meaningful path walked toward their goals. The painted image measures 17.5" x 11.5" with a 1/4" white border and is done on 140 lb cold-pressed watercolor paper. Frames and mats are not included, but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. This item ships flat in a protected envelope.
