Quackers - Rogaland Duck - JP3372

The second in Jo Sonja's series of large hand carved bowls.  The first is the Telemark Ale Goose and now this Rogaland duck bowl - Quackers.   The pattern is available either separate or in a bundle with the carved wooden bowl.  Please note that this isn't the smaller version in the online class but rather the larger bowl.  This duck bowl is 14" long, 7" wide and 2"deep.  The originals for this series were antique carved shallow bowls and we've had them beautifully reproduced by a carver. A totally delightful hand carved duck shaped bowl, so fun to decorate. The style of the design is Rogaland Rosemaling- a more relaxed old style Rogaland that is now being called Ryfylke.
