You Can Count On Me is a clear base multi shaped glitters (moon, bats, swivels)  All  solid swatch photos will be three dips unless otherwise noted with dip liquids  All chunky dips will be two dips with dip liquids and encapsulated with clear All Foil dips will be swatched with gel base and top coat All thermals and UV dips are always three dips and are swatched with dip liquids I always do my best to capture the color in photo to the best of my ability. However product color may still vary due to different viewing and capturing devices. I try to always use photos from indoors and outdoors. I appreciate any feedback and welcome any suggestions.   Due to the nature of the product, no returns will be accepted. I will do my best to resolve any issue.
