Most peppers in this group are hot, but this one is sweet without any heat. I found this to be one of the best tasting sweet peppers I ever had. It has a nice fruity flavor. Plants get very bushy and can grow over 4FT tall. It will require some sort of support or pepper cage because the stems are thin and heavy with fruit. The best time to harvest the peppers is when they start to blush orange/yellow. I found that if I left them on the plant until they turned all the way red, the peppers would quickly deteriorate.
