Lenny & Gracie's of Kentucky Yellow Beefsteak Heirloom Tomato Vegetable SeedsThis tomato, named in honor of its long-time cultivators, the late Lenny and Gracie Adams of eastern Kentucky, has been passed down for generations. Fruits are large beefsteaks, easily hitting over 10 ounces. The skin is a solid yellow color and I found it cracked less than other varieties. It can develop a pink blush on the bottom when tomatoes are very ripe. The inside flesh is solid yellow with faint pink streaks when very ripe. The flavor is perfect, fruity but not too sweet with a savory balance. Makes for an awesome tomato sandwich.
