Two Braid Tie Hatband

This sturdy, but timeless hatband is made of two braids of tightly woven horsehair. The 2 braids are connected by a handcrafted sterling silver connecter on one side and then the other side is tied together with leather cord through hand crafted sterling silver end caps.  This hatband can be made in a round braid or 3 different flat braids: The Twist Braid (round), utilizes 16 strands of individually counted hairs.  The Ribbon Braid (flat), which utilizes 16 strands of individually counted hairs. The Wheat Braid (flat) which utilizes 16 strands of individually counted hairs. (This edge isn't as tight. Softer wear will increase longitivtiy.)  The Ribbed Braid  (flat) which utilizes 28 strands of individually counted hairs.
