Want to have any breakage or damage incurred during transit, covered? Please purchase our add-on fertile hatching egg insurance, by adding the product to your cart. Please add 1 product/dozen eggs purchased.  With our fertile hatching egg insurance, any and all breakage and apparent damage incurred during shipment is covered, this includes local pickup orders. Unfortunately, eggs can simply find their way to the floorboard of your vehicle, too! Simply send us pictures of any broken eggs in your shipment, in the original packaging, and we will refund you for the broken eggs. You MUST provide photos immediately upon arrival, if you wish to use your insurance coverage. Photos can be sent to 541-527-7175, or sales@jenkshatchery.com. If your shipment arrives as a total loss (greater than 50% of the eggs broken or destroyed), provided that pictures, for verification purposes are supplied, we will refund or reship your order, once, no questions asked.
