Pennsylvania Railroad PRR GP9 Diesel Locomotive #7023 HO Scale Serial Number: 7023 Status: Used Physical Condition: 3 of 5 Includes: Lovomotive ONLY Notes:This locomotive is used in moderate condition showing signs of wear such as dust and grime on the outer casing, chipped/worn paint, two of the outer wheel hubs are missing, and overall wear due to age. Please refer to the pictures to get a better idea of the physical condition. The locomotive has a horn hook coupler on the rear only. The locomotive is also missing one of the front steps, as well as all of the outer railings and rails. We tested the locomotive and it lit up and the motor audibly would turn, but it did NOT move forward/backward (see proof of life video). Regardless be sure to carefully inspect the pictures as what you see is what you get.
