Our JCK Natures Knives are a fusion of the craftsman’s special artistic techniques and the magnificent scenery of almighty nature.  At the end of the year 2019, after a long wait, we are finally introducing the new JCK Natures 青雲 "Blue Clouds" knives, which have just been finished. We are very excited to introduce these new products to you.  The "Blue Clouds" knives have an impressive mirror polished blade with a Tsuchime Hammered Texture. The rust-resistant AUS-10 High Carbon Stainless Steel blade core is clad with Stainless Steel and has a stylish, practical Kiritsuke blade shape (Bunka), which is very similar to a multi-purpose Santoku or Bunka knife and is very capable of performing a wide variety of cutting tasks.
