Small Honesuki with red Richlite handle

A small kitchen utility knife with 4" (102mm) straight blade of AEB-L stainless steel, with a hammered finish. There is a very shallow curve to the cutting edge, almost flat. The handle shape allows you to use the entire cutting edge on a cutting board without banging your knuckles on the board. Typically, you can only use the first third or so of a small knife on a cutting board before your knuckles hit the board. The handle is of Richlite, a recycled paper product. The color name Red and Maple; in reality it is red and beige.  The handle is oval in cross section.
