2017SculptureWooden oar, sandblasted tunnels The blade of this Untitled Oar has been riddled with small, sandblasted holes. A course, black diamond aggregate was used to achieve the soft, weathered texture. The result is a network of tunnels, reminiscent of those left by an insect colony. Produced as an artist-in-residence at Sculpture Space in Utica, NY.
