Before Purchasing: Before booking with Graphics by J.Lexis, please make sure you fill out our design form which can be found on our website. Also, please do not book a service through us without listing contact information as well! Turnaround Time: The normal turnaround time is between 10–14 business days. If revisions are needed an additional 2-3 business days will be added. Immediately After Purchasing: After you have booked a service through Graphics by J. Lexis, it is mandatory that you send all required information within 48 hours after purchasing or your order will be CANCELED!!! We will not constantly send out emails reminding and asking customers to forward us their information. Customer Service: You can get in contact with Graphics by J.
