"Almost Ink" Sunflower Pyrography Art

Painted completely with watercolors, this sunflower piece almost looks like it could've been painted with ink. The ripply chatoyance of the maple shows through the clear blue background, giving it a transparent look. The golds, yellows, and oranges of the sunflower boldly contrast the blue yet perfectly complement the cross-hatched burned shading and details.  Total dimensions: about 5.75" tall, 10.75" wide, and .75" thick,  Sawtooth hanger installed on the back for quick hanging.
