Raw Local Honey

Our Raw Honey has never been heated or filtered, preserving its nutritional value and flavor. Honey is extracted once a year, usually in the fall. Fresh from the hive, it is in a liquid state - but only for a short period of time. It soon changes into a semi-solid, spreadable form, also known as crystallization.
