One Concrete Loading Dock Kit -  measuring 19 ft. long by 7 ft. wide in "real life". Actual HO scale model is 2.7”L x 1”W x 0.66”H. MDF and Laserboard construction. Steps, Handrailing, Access Ladder and Bumper Strip are included as shown. Steps are "position-able" as you need.
