They are a little smaller, can be shy, and enjoy spending time burrowing in the substrate. Beautiful black and white coloring. They are slow to reproduce but breed well once established. We find they prefer high humidity with good ventilation. We keep ours at a 70/30 (damp/dry) ratio. Isopod Depot isopods are cultured on our Isopod Mix Substrate.
