They breed moderately quick and will often prefer the underside of a dark piece of bark. This species is considered professional in playing dead.These Orin's Calico isopods are named exactly as they are, for their coloring and patterns similar to that of a Calico cat. However, they have more of a lemonade look to them compared to the standard P. scaber Calico.
