Custom logo and two tone powder coat available at additional cost DESCRIPTION The Dip/Ab/Push-Up starts with a fully welded, three-inch square tubing frame so it is ultra rigid. We added upholstered elbow and back pads and foam rubber covered grips to make things a little more comfortable on the Dip Station. Use the upper handles for dips. Set your back against the pad and hold on tight for ab work. Move all the way down to the bottom handles for some elevated push-ups or a variation on dips.
