Adjustable Weight Bench FID Flat Incline Decline 1,000LB

The ISF Premium FID Adjustable Weight Bench is built tough with its 11 gauge tubing and 1,000 lbs weight capacity. The adjustable bench back pad has seven settings of flat, incline, & decline, also abbreviated as an FID Bench.  The seat pad can be adjusted by four settings for when you need a different seat angle. The bench can also be moved around by the handle and has wheels in the back. Lock your feet during any exercise or especially during decline  into the cushioned shin pads. These can also be removed if desired (also removed front handle.) The pads angle can also be adjusted slightly to fixed position to accommodate your preference.
