Terra Cotta Garlic Baker

This garlic baker will roast your garlic so you can add its wonderful flavor to your favorite dishes— potatoes, meats, breads and more. This little roaster is big enough to accommodate 1-3 small bulbs.  The lid also includes a steam vent to ensure your cooked bulbs don’t emerge soggy.  The terra cotta dish is coated in a glaze that makes it easy to wipe clean. The roaster is oven and microwave safe up to 500 degrees. Simply slice off the top of a head of garlic to uncover the individual cloves, trim off the roots, dot with butter or oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then place the roaster in a cold oven and bake a 400 degrees F for 30 minutes.
