Born of 100% pure Blue Weber agave Tequila, it is aged to perfection for three years in American white oak and finished in historic PX wine barrels using the solera method, permitting the Tequila time to evolve into its most lasting, flavorful experience. Superbly unorthodox. Unapologetically smooth.The year was 1707. In Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, Blue Weber agave was cultivated by jimadors to produce an agave spirit, known today as Tequila. As Diego Osorio, the founder's great-great-grandfather, learned about this liquid and transported it in sherry wine barrels to his native Spain, he discovered the liquid aged within this sherry-bathed oak created a smooth and elegant Tequila unlike any other.For almost five centuries, lore of the Osorio Tequila was passed down. Diego Osorio, a descendent of the same name, set out to recreate the recipe, journeying back to Mexic
