Migration Service From Hub 1 (2242-222) to Hub 2 (2245-222)

If you’ve determined that your Insteon Hub 1 hardware has failed, or you simply want to upgrade to take advantage of Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant integrations (among other benefits of a Hub 2), we offer migrating your account and all linked devices to a new Hub 2. With a successfully migrated hub you can avoid the hassle of starting over from scratch - which can be quite a lot of effort, especially for larger installations and/or complex scenes, and schedules.*  *NOTE: X10 device control is not supported in Hub 2.
