I KNOW MY WORTH It's time to stop giving others the power to define our worth and start listening to the voice within ourselves. We are declaring now, self-respect and self-love. It means acknowledging that you are deserving of all the good things life has to offer, simply because you are you.  You have overcome challenges, pursued your passions, and contributed to the world in your own special way. Your worth is not determined by anyone else's opinions, but by your belief in yourself. So, I encourage you to embrace this powerful wristband in your life. When self-doubt creeps in, when you face criticism or judgment, or when you find yourself seeking validation from others, pause and read your wristband: 'I know my worth.'  And, let's extend this message to the women around us. Encourage your sisters, your friends, your daughters, and the women in your community to know their worth as well.
