Chicken Anti Rabbit Cross Adsorbed IgG Polyclonal Affinity Purified from Innovative Research is a polyclonal antibody in Liquid format, buffered in Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide. Chickens were immunized with highly purified rabbit IgG isolated from normal pooled rabbit serum, in Freund’s adjuvant. Eggs were collected, the IgY fraction prepared and the anti-rabbit IgG immunoaffinity purified off a solid phase immunoabsorbant. The anti-rabbit IgG was further absorbed against mouse and human IgG.
