Freedom from Depression — We talk to ourselves all the time. When you are depressed or feeling down, that self-talk may include comments such as: “I hate my life. I’m fed up, Life sucks,” etc. With this program, your self-talk will change to: “I am blessed. I choose happiness. Living is joyous. I contribute to life. I am in control. I enjoy myself,” and more. It’s hard to feel down when your inner beliefs are so positive and joyful. Replace that negative, depressing, self-talk with self-talk that uplifts and inspires!
