Hedenbergite Quartz

These specimens were acquired from the famous Huanggang mines in Inner Mongolia. The quartz from this location have become our absolute favorite in the world. These special pieces from last years small find have crystallized under conditions that gave them a shimmering chatoyance within their etchings that we have rarely seen in Quartz. Their etchings are etched! There is a muted sage green coloring from the Hedenbergite threadlike inclusions and a highly chatoyant sheen of miniscule etched Trigonic facets on each unique specimen.Hedenbergite is known as the "Stone of Transition", helping one move forward while also promoting healing and clarity. It is an excellent aid in merging or synchronizing energies.
