PRESOAK AND CLEANER is a high PH wash for the tunnel or automatic car wash. Phenomenal foaming cleaner cleans and works great with our LOW PH CITRUS WASH. Dilutes to 300:1. Fresh lemon fragrance. Helps to remove organic soils. Pre-soak helps cars get cleaner. Best results when used with our low PH wash. Penetrates and loosens road soil and bug residues without scrubbing. May be used effectively as a prep soap, presoak detergent or wheel and tire cleaner.
