Antique Art Deco Uranium Glass Ceiling Fixture

c. 1920s; Lightolier; Fall River, MA Machine Age five-light fixture with custard glass uranium shades (on the five sockets and bottom bell shade) and constructed of chrome-finish brass. This piece, while Art Deco, shows the beginnings of the transition to the Streamline movement with the addition of concentric "speed rings" connecting the arms of each light socket. This fixture operates by way of a three-way switch to power on the sockets or central fixture individually and then power on all three.
