The name Pansy comes from the French word pensée, which means thought. Usually seen in variants of white, yellow, purple or blue with two sided petals and a single bottom. The Pansy has become the iconic garden flower throughout the years. Flourishing during the cool nights and warm days both spring and fall, these flowers can bloom from one to four inches in diameter.
