The UA3 is the 3rd Generation Ultimate Arcade reimagined on request of past Ultimate Arcade 2 users for Quadriplegic individuals with movement in 1 or both arms but little or no hand/finger dexterity such as some C4, and most C5, C6, C7 Quadriplegics, Cerebral Palsy, Amputees of fingers or hand.   For individuals with movement in only one arm, a right or left half of a UA3 can also be used with the single or dual joystick version of our Versatility V5 Microlite Lip or Fingertip Adaptive Game Controller. Designed by Mark Felling of Broadened Horizons who in 2008 pioneered the current concept of a controller that adapts to the user's abilities, allowing them to play ANY game AS DESIGNED, not modified or simplified for the disabled.
