Remarks: The L401 Rio Curua Pleco is a beautiful Hypancistrus sp. has a striking black and white pattern. They look very similar to the L333 King Tiger Pleco and can be easily confused. In most cases the only way to distinguish the fish is by knowing the catch location. Provide these plecos with plenty of caves, driftwood, and rocks. A high protein diet is preferred.
