The gemstone comes in two different sizes: 2mm and 4mm. This threadless decorative end is available in 14 karat Yellow Gold, White Gold and Rose Gold options. Measuring 4.40mm x 4.40mm for the small gem and 5.90mm x 5.90mm for the large gem.  Sold individually.  **Threadless jewelry requires two parts to make a complete piece of jewelry: a threadless post w/ a fixed end and a separate threadless end.
