Two-hole plates are only used with standard CESF and small hybrid ESF frames allowing frame construction with different diameter rings, mounting hinges "outboard" off ring surface, or elongation of partial ring assemblies. Also valuable with free-form frame construction. Recommended inclusion in all CESF and hybrid ESF packs.
