Set of 2 complete air-filled wheel and tire assemblies ready to install - New wheel assembly replacement option for 2-wheel Velke brand lawn mower sulkies.  Fits all two-wheel Velkes including the X2 model.    The rim, hub, roller bearing, and bushings match the OEM specs exactly - 2-1/4" offset hub with 1" inner diameter to accept spanner (spanner not included in the assembly).  The tire matches the OEM tire size (9x3.50-4) and exceeds the OEM ply rating.  OEM uses a 2-ply tire and this tire is 4-ply.
