Caviaroli Encapsulated Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

This balsamic vinegar pearl is slightly bigger than the other Caviaroli capsules for a more elegant finish. It is ideal with almost any recipe. Ideal with carpaccios, risottos, grilled or stir-fried vegetables and cured meats and mature cheeses. Caviaroli Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is sold in 50 Gram jars. There are approximately 3-4 pearls per gram.   Directions: Best stored between 50F - 77F unopened. Keep away from heat, sunlight, and odor sources. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 weeks.
